This is the second session of working on Companion walking with Cinder. I have been using some of Carolyn Resnick's methods and combining them with clicker training.

Cinder is a 6 year old mare who is of a challenging nature. I have been using some of the water hole rituals to calmly get her to focus on me while at liberty.

Cinder was also an extremely mouthy mare, but using clicker training, positive reinforcement, not punishment, she has very quickly learned that there is more benefit to keeping her head away than in nosing for treats.
