General Jackson $10,000
4-year-old Quarter Horse Paint Cross.
Jackson is a super calm gelding.
He has been trained under saddle and is not afraid of
anything. Cars and busses and 4-wheelers don't
bother him and he is used to dogs barking at him.
He has a beautiful, easy trot and jog. He has a
wonderfully slow, easy lope/canter. He stops and
backs up nicely on a loose rein!

He is learning to collect and he is learning correct
leads. He is starting to neck rein very well and
turn on his haunches with just leg pressure, both at the
walk and trot. He is still in training and his
price reflects his potential. He is going to be a
very well trained horse!
Jackson is very calm. Just the
other day I was riding him through 4 foot tall grass and
he flushed a fawn right in front of him; he didn't pay
it any mind at all. Now that's calm! You can
also trot around while dragging and waving the tarp off
of him! He has been in one parade already and did
wonderful with that. Not a bad move did he make.
Jackson has been started in Trick training. He
is currently learning: BOW, KISS, YES, NO, SMILE, TAKE
IT, KICK THE BALL, GROUND REAR, RIDING REAR, HUG, STEP
UP, SALUTE, GROUND MARCH, and RIDING MARCH (also known as
the Spanish walk). He will be trained in much more.
