I played with Jackson for about 30 minutes.
It was getting late so we just messed
around. He did a nice rear. He wasn’t as
good on his obeisances and bows as he was
yesterday. By that I mean that he didn’t do
them as fast as before. He still did them in
good form. We did some trotting together and
I realized another gap in our training. He
doesn’t want to turn to the right with me.
So, I think we are going to have to do more
companion walking and work on that.
We worked briefly on the balance’ but it
wasn’t as good as before. I had the hay
bales set up in the hay shed so I took him
over there and just asked him to sit. He
then went and sat. He is so good at that!
