I played around with Jackson for about 20
minutes. The ground is pretty slick where
the snow is packed down, so I had to work
where the snow was fresh. Jackson seemed
pretty energetic today. He wanted to do a
lot of obeisances and bows! He did them very
well! I hope that we can get a video
tomorrow of what he is doing!
We also did some trotting together and he
likes to express himself through passage. He
did some Spanish walk on his own too. He had
a couple of nice rears and one almost
passade. It was weird, I was asking for him
to do an obeisance and he seemed to lower
his hindquarters a lot and then did a small,
controlled rear. He only did it once, but I
was able to click it.
Jackson is getting very good at doing a nice
Ramener with just a hand signal from me. We
also worked on the Pose. He did a very nice
GOTM and I asked, again with just a hand
signal, for him to do Ramener. Very pretty!
I am sure that it will get better with
practice!
