I worked Jackson for about an hour. My brother did come down and take pictures and videos. As soon as I got to where we usually work in the pasture and took the lead rope off, Jackson laid down! It was funny. We also got our first riding lie down! Even got it on video! How cool is that? It is more of a bow to a lie down, but still, fun! Here is the link:

We also did a little work on the rear, but he didn’t do great. He is getting height and he is very enthusiastic, but he is not holding it very long. I think I am going to go back to helping him strengthen his back and legs. It is fun to see how much muscle he has gained in the last two months.

I also had him bow a couple of times. He actually offered it a few times too! Before the clicker training, he would never offer the bow. He also like to take my whip and chew on the ball on the end. Can’t take my eye off of him.

My brothers started sledding and for some reason Jackson doesn’t like that too much. He would run away with his head and tail up. Looked like an Arabian. Then he would stop and come racing back to me! He would come to a sliding stop right next to me. Which is cool!
